Goose on a String Theatre:
Don't worry, don't worry
From time to time, each of us encounters fear – whether we are five or eighty years old. It accompanies us throughout our lives and takes on a different form at every age. It grows, shrinks, stretches, disappears, and reappears – like shadows that lose their frightening form in the morning and turn into ordinary things around us.
Sometimes we need to fight it, and other times we just need to accept it. Although we have always been told that only the weak are afraid and that success awaits the fearless.
The members of Studio 60+, an amateur ensemble for seniors at the Husa na provázku Theater, are bravely embarking on an adventurous journey of creative writing for the third time. This time, in dialogue with Milada Rezková's children's book Neboj, neboj! (Don't Be Afraid, Don't Be Afraid!), they will overcome their own fears and insecurities through working with objects and their shadows, showing that even the most experienced can be afraid. The production is therefore intended for anyone who has the courage to be afraid – from five to 150 years old!
